K-state Game

Last Saturday, we dropped Ellie off at Grandma and Grandpa Crisler's house and headed to Manhattan for Molly's 1st K-state Football game! Molly has become a big "Go Wildcat" fan, thanks to her dad's brainwashing! She was so excited to put on her new purple shirt, purple/white hair bow and Powercat face tattoo. As we pulled into town, Molly pointed out every "Go Wildcat" (which is what she calls powercats) that she saw. Well it is Manhattan, so you can guess how many times she said this! Lol! We showed her where Ben and Gracie go to school and I think Joe told her that is where she will be going to school too!

We meet up with the Hucks, Ken Woods and Aunt Gracie for lunch in Aggieville. Joe went to get the tailgate ready (unloading the grill, unfolding a lawn chair and cracking open a cold one) and Molly and I headed to Gracie's house so Molly could meet Gracie's feathered roommate. Gracie bought a green parrot named Jude. Molly likes him, but said he is too loud. You know how Molly is with loud noises! We drove over to the tailgate and meet up with the Hucks, Girks, and some other friends. Molly had told me that Ellie and the other babies couldn't come because they weren't a "big kid" like her. We cooked some hamburgers and brats and then headed into the game. Molly was really interested in watching Willie the Wildcat and the cheerleaders.

Molly was a big fan of Suzie (Girk)!

Molly standing in Ben's "K-state Van". Our friends owned this van when we were in school and it has been passed down to friends/siblings ever since. Maybe Molly will have it one of these days, haha! Notice "Murphy" to her left on the wall, that was Joe back in the day.

Getting a little droopy.

Our little cheerleader. She stood and cheered alot!

Getting silly and tired of my camera! It was a long day and so many photo ops. Can't wait to go back to another game!
